Policies

We kindly ask that any appointment changes be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate guests on our waitlist and ensure our stylists' reserved time is respected.

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 72 hours in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling Fees:

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48-hour notice of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service total.

Appointments missed without notice are considered a missed appointment and will be charged 100% of the reserved service total.

Guests arriving 15 mins or more after their scheduled appointment time may require modification of services or a rescheduled appointment. If we are unable to accommodate the appointment, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and the applicable fee will apply.
