Policies

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations

Less than 48 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

No Shows & Late Arrivals

Less than 24 hour notice before your scheduled appointment will be considered a "No Show" and 100% of the reserved service amount will be charged to your account.

Arriving 15 mins late or more may result in a service adjustment or a rescheduling of your appointment and considered a no-show.
